Prepayment / Prepayment / Bank Transfer

If you decide in favor of the advance payment method, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail immediately after sending the order. In this e-mail, we will announce our bank details. Once your payment has been received, your order will be shipped immediately.

Please note that depending on the bank, it may take between 1-3 business days for your payment to arrive. For payments from abroad, the duration still lasts.

The goods ordered by you remain reserved until payment of your payment (maximum 14 days) for you.
 

PayPal

With PayPal you can easily, quickly and securely pay your order. Use your existing PayPal account and comfortably pay for your order with us. We usually receive the payment confirmation from PayPal immediately and can process your order immediately.

Please note that we can only ship your order after receiving the PayPal payment confirmation. It may - if you do not have a PayPal balance - depending on the deposited method of payment in your personal PayPal account, take a few business days until PayPal confirms the receipt of payment. If PayPal is unable to make a payment after 9 days, the customer order will be automatically canceled by PayPal.
 

Cash On Delivery

For the settlement of this payment method - which is only possible in Germany and if you choose DHL as the carrier - we additionally charge a COD charge of 4.50 €. (including VAT) to our standard shipping costs. You pay the full amount of the invoice when you take over the shipment in cash to the courier.
 

Purchase On Invoice

Please note that this form of payment is exclusively for traders, companies, public bodies, schools, universities and so on. is available. Private customers will not be billed. With the delivery of your ordered items you will receive the corresponding invoice and will be able to pay conveniently by referral. You agree to pay the immediately due invoice amount within 7 days after receipt of the goods. Payment on account is only possible after successful credit check.
